| This survey seeks to identify schools and school districts interested in applying for nomination to U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools (ED-GRS), a federal recognition award. Applicants will also be considered for recognition as California Green Ribbon Schools (CA-GRS) as described on the California Green Ribbon Award web page. |
| Completing this application interest survey is the first step to submitting an application for the 2023-24 ED-GRS award cycle. Beginning June 2023, schools and districts completing this survey will receive a school or district application to complete online. |
| This survey has twelve fields and should take less than five minutes to complete in a single session. All questions are required, except those noted as optional.
