| For Fiscal Year (FY) 2025–26, California State Preschool Program (CSPP) contractors are required to submit a Training Needs Survey, in addition to completing the Program Self-Evaluation (PSE) Survey Form. |
| Submission of this survey is required and will support the planning of upcoming training opportunities. All CSPP contractors must complete the survey. Please designate one (1) staff member to submit the survey on behalf of your CSPP agency. |
| The survey must be completed in full and submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026. Responses to all questions are required in order to submit the survey. |
| If you wish to save your progress and return at a later time, you may select the Save for Later button on any page of the survey. A unique URL will be generated for you to access the saved survey. Please note that this URL is the only way to return to your saved responses. |
