| The Funding Determination Form must be submitted by charter schools to receive funding for their nonclassroom-based average daily attendance (ADA) if it exceeds 20 percent of their total ADA. The form may also be submitted by charter schools whose nonclassroom-based ADA is near the 20 percent threshold. Information collected on this form is pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 5 (5 CCR) Section 11963.3. Instructions can be found on the Nonclassroom-Based Determination of Funding web page of the California Department of Education (CDE) website.
