| The Dual Enrollment Opportunities Competitive Grant Program offers two opportunities for funding for local education agencies (LEAs) to expand dual enrollment offerings. |
| This application is only for the Middle College High School/Early College High School (MCEC) Grant. Districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or regional occupational programs are eligible to apply for this grant. |
| The MCEC Grant Program is for LEAs interested in starting a new Middle College High School (MCHS), Early College High School (ECHS), MCHS/ECHS program or to expand an existing MCHS, ECHS, or MCHS/ECHS program. For questions, email MCECgrant@cde.ca.gov. |
