Pre-Survey: California Farm to Summer Week Celebration 2024 (June 17−21)

Get ready California Seamless Summer Option (SSO) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) Operators! It is time to dust off your picnic blankets and tables and prepare to participate in the Farm to Summer (F2Summer) Celebration Week, June 17–21, 2024! The theme for the summer of 2024 is Let's Have a Picnic!

Before going any further, review the F2Summer Celebration Week web page. This web page includes information on how to participate, past successes, trainings, resources, and best practices. Also, review course number 550: the F2Summer online course (20 minutes).

This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Responses are required for each question, unless noted as optional. Your responses are not confidential. If you have technical difficulties or questions about the F2Summer Celebration Week, contact the Farm to School Team by email at Farm2School@cde.ca.gov. Submit this survey prior to June 17, 2024.
