The purpose of this survey is to collect information on enrollment information regarding children with disabilities served in California State Preschool Programs (CSPP) during the entire 2023−24 fiscal year (FY), in accordance with Education Code (EC) Section 8208(c)(2)(A) and (d)(2)(B)(i).
All CSPP contractors are required to complete this survey. Please have one (1) staff submit this survey on behalf of your CSPP agency. To complete this survey, responses to all questions are required unless stated otherwise.

Note: CSPP apportionment payments may be withheld for those contractors who do not complete and submit this survey on or before September 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
