21st Century California School Leadership Academy, Cohort 3, Regional Academy Application

This application allows local educational agencies, institutions of higher education, and nonprofit educational service providers to apply to become a regional academy for the 21st Century California School Leadership Academy (21CSLA), Cohort 3. Prior to completing this application, please review the Request for Applications (RFA) available on the California Department of Education (CDE) 21CSLA Grant Award Process web page RFA web page.
You must select the Save Responses button on the first page of the online application if you do not intend to complete the application in one session. Once you select the Save Responses button, a web page will appear that asks for an email address. You will receive an email with a unique URL (web address) for entrance back into the application. It is recommended that you copy the URL on the application web page and save it in case you do not receive the confirmation email. This address will allow you to return to your application.
Do not use the Back button until you receive the unique URL. Otherwise, responses will be cleared.

All fields in the application must be completed unless otherwise noted. You must adhere to character limits for each of the fields. Responses that exceed the character limits will not be captured by the system and will not be reviewed.

Applicants must complete the application, upload required attachments, and provide the appropriate digital signature through this online form. The CDE must receive your online submission no later than 5 p.m. on June 24, 2026.
 Please select the Geographic Region (area) your 21CSLA Regional Academy, Cohort 3 application will cover. You may only select one Geographic Region area to cover.
