Buy American Accommodation Request

Nutrition Services Division

School food authorities (SFA) may request an accommodation to the Buy American expenditure cap for non-domestic food products for the applicable school year (SY) using this online form. The accommodation will allow SFAs to exceed the applicable expenditure cap for non-domestic food purchases that qualify under one or more of the regulatory exceptions at Title 7, Code of Federal Regulations, sections 210.21(d)(5) and 220.16(d)(5). This form should take 5–10 minutes to complete and all fields are required. SFAs that submit a request will receive an email confirmation. Please retain the confirmation as proof of accommodation for the selected school year.
